Very happy with these so far. Says manufactured by Goodyear (I assume they're Cooper too?). Nice ride, quiet, not bad in the rain.Better than the Bridgestone (Weatherpeak) that these replaced (75,000 mile warranty-worn out after 30,000-cost more than double the price of the Solarus) Not as nice as the Michelins I had before that (80.000 miles on those before replacement). Overall, quite happy with these tires. If they last 30K (or more) miles, I'll be thrilled.
